The Cub Scout Blue & Gold Dinner is an annual celebration of the birthday of Scouting. This year Boy Scouts turn 103, Cub Scouts turn 83, and our very own Pack 3894 turns 44 years old! Join your Scout for this fun family event which includes an evening of den stories, recognition of rank advancement, and a family dinner.

$10 per family
Please bring a donation of a basic household necessity to benefit the St. Vincent De Paul Society’s Lenten Drive.*
Items needed include toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, diapers, toothpaste, dish soap, feminine products and the like.
Pack will provide beverages, cheese pizza, pasta, salad, fruit, utensils, tableware and napkins.
Desserts (4 dozen from each den):
Charging Rhinos, Golden Dragons, Lighting Bullets, Thundercats, Mountain Lions, Lego Bears
Snack Mix (3 Costco size bags from each den):
Scouts should wear their full Class A uniform. Each den is responsible to clean up their table area. Leave no trace! Also, please consider doing a “Good Turn” and help clean up after the event.

To put this core value into action, Pack 3894 is holding a household necessity collection to benefit local families through the St. Vincent De Paul Society.
Pack 3894 invites you to come out for some fresh air and participate in the Cub Scout Sports & Outdoor Skill (SOS) competition!
Date: Sunday, February 10, 2013
Time: 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Cost: $10 per scout
Location: Registration will start at 11:00 prompt, located at Queen of Angels gym/Voss Center at 4412-4416 Western Avenue and events will take place across the street at Welles Park located at 2333 W. Sunnyside, as well as in the gym.
Events include: volleyball, map & compass, hiking, marbles, ultimate Frisbee and more, providing plenty of opportunities to earn achievements. Teams will be determined by rank, NOT by pack. Please be sure to dress accordingly for the weather and bring a water bottle.
