Youth Protection Training:
All parents and legal guardians attending MUST have completed the ONLINE Youth Protection Program by May 17th ( Thursday). All parents who taken this before are on file, so any parents who have not been to a campout before will need to go through the 15-20 minute Online course. No exceptions will be made and this matter will be strictly enforced. The reason for this policy is because of the nature of sleeping arrangements on overnighters and all parents need to be aware. Not following this policy puts our entire Pack at risk, via the BSA Tour Plan that we have filled out. The Youth protection online course is free and takes approximately 20 minutes to go through. The link to this can be found at here https://myscouting.scouting.org/ . Once completed please provide us with your myscouting.org UserID you created as part of the Online Campout registration Form.
Please communicate with your respective den leaders about car pooling. This will be required due to the limited number of vehicles permitted on the camp ground.
